  • Mattresses: 100 Days (in-store puchase ONLY; online mattress sales are NOT returnable)
  • Pillows: 30 Days
  • Bedding: 30 Days
  • Toppers: 30 Days (in-store puchase ONLY; online topper sales are NOT returnable)
  • Mattress Pads: 30 Days

There are some items that are non-refundable: mattresses and toppers purchased online, foundations, bed frames, adjustable bases, furniture, custom or special-order items, closeouts or discontinued items, floor models or “as is” items, shipping and/or service fees.

Before Requesting an Exchange or Return for Your In-Store Mattress Purchase

  1. Customers who purchased a SLEEP365 mattress in-store may request an exchange or return of their initial mattress purchase. This exchange/return privilege is limited to one mattress per customer or household. Customers MUST keep their new mattress for a minimum of 30-days before initiating an exchange or return of an eligible mattress. The law label MUST be intact on the mattress. There is no trial period or refund option for your replacement mattress. Trial periods are only applicable to the original purchaser/owner of the mattress.
  2. If you wish to exchange or return your mattress, you MUST request a return authorization from SLEEP365® within 100 days of ownership. Please contact the SLEEP365 showroom where you purchased your mattress to initiate an exchange or return.
  3. We may need to see photos of your mattress before we authorize an exchange or return to confirm that it is not damaged or in an unsanitary condition.

Before Requesting an Exchange or Return for Your In-Store Topper Purchase

  1. Customers who purchased a SLEEP365 topper in-store may request an exchange or return of their initial topper purchase. This exchange/return privilege is limited to one topper per customer or household. There is no trial period or refund option for your replacement topper. Trial periods are only applicable to the original purchaser/owner of the topper.
  2. If you wish to exchange or return your topper, you MUST request a return authorization from SLEEP365® within 30 days of ownership. Please contact the SLEEP365 showroom where you purchased your topper to initiate an exchange or return.

How to Process a Return for Pillows or Bedding

  1. For any unwanted pillows or bedding, you MUST request an exchange or return authorization within 30 days of purchase, or delivery for online orders. Customers are limited to one return or exchange only (one pillow, one mattress pad/protector, one sheet set, one comforter), and there is no trial period or refund option with your replacement product. Trial periods are only applicable to the original purchaser/owner of the product. Please email your return/exchange request to orders@sleep365.com.
  2. If the product is "like new" with all original packaging, it can be returned to us for a full refund less any applicable shipping fees. Please keep the original shipping carton or package to make shipping back to us easy. You will need to provide your own shipping carton or package if you do not keep the original one. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. SLEEP365® can provide you with a return shipping label for a flat $20 fee OR you may elect to source your own shipping. Return packages should be shipped to 4100 Redwood Hwy, San Rafael CA 94903. Make sure you ship back the item you wish to return within 30 days of the shipping label being sent to you, or from the date of return authorization in order to qualify for a refund/credit.
  3. Pillows and bedding items that have been opened or used may be required to be donated to a charity. You may NOT donate any items expecting a refund without prior authorization from SLEEP365. SLEEP365 will determine, in its sole discretion, how to handle your return when you contact us for return authorization. If donation is authorized, you will need to provide a donation receipt to SLEEP365®. This must be from a legitimate 501(C)(3) organization and specify the product donated so we can verify your donation. Once we have received this, we will provide you with a full refund. Make sure that your donation is completed and that you have given us your donation receipt within 30 days of receiving your return authorization. After we have received your donation receipt, we will process your refund.
